Single Family Home in a quiet neighborhood in South Kennewick. This is a 3 bedroom/2 bath house with one car garage. The master has a king bed, TV, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Nice front room with couch and extra seating. TV room off kitchen with sectional couch and 2 chairs. Enjoy back sitting patio with table and propane BBQ. Additional amenities include treadmill, stationary bike, washer and dryer.
This is not intended as a party house. Quiet time after 9 PM.
