Nice clean condo in a gated community that was quiet at night and did not get crazy during the lobster mini season with the residents/renters bringing their boats in and out. Mini split air conditioners upstairs and downstairs worked well with the ceiling fans, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, and Tupperware. The community pool has a nice view of the ocean, and was clean and a good temperature!

This condo was perfect, with all the necessary amenities. Clean, well taken care of, comfortable and the grounds are well kept. There are also a few eateries within walking distance for those days when you don't want to venture out too far. I love that it is a gated community. All the residents and visitors were so friendly!

My wife and I are meticulous in our care and upkeep of our own home and we found the little condo to be beautifully clean and well kept. The overall property was much the same way with a lovely pool facility and fishing Doc area. I highly recommend enjoying this if you’re looking forward to a gated community with quick access both up and down the keys.
