We absolutely love this place because of its unbeatable location! As a family, one of our favorite spots is Valle Crucis Park—just 2 minutes away. We’re also right in the heart of the High Country, with Boone only 10 minutes away, Blowing Rock 15, Banner Elk 18, and Sugar Mountain just a short drive further. For outdoor lovers, the Watauga River is less than 200 yards from the property—perfect for trout fishing, skipping rocks, or simply soaking in the peaceful mountain scenery. It’s the ideal spot for adventure, relaxation, and family memories.
