Why they chose this property
The Owners picked this area because of the quite picturesque small riverfront community. The Pointe has the feel of being away from everything but is only a short distance from everything you need. We would like to share the place we love with our community.
What makes this property unique
The Pointe is a large beautifully decorated waterfront house that sits on the point of the Elk River. Because of the uniqueness of the bend in the river directly behind the house it boasts a river view from just about every window in the house.
