Jonathan was a great host and so easy to communicate! The place was veey cleaned. It is a little far from Acadia but you can find some good restaurants in the town.

Our stay was fine. The space was clean, aside from the bug problem that occurred. Starting around 11 pm, our party encountered a ton of bugs. There were especially a lot in one of the bedrooms. I’m not sure if they were coming from the ac units or what, but when asking the host about the issue, they stated there was no issues. This was interesting as there were literal spots on the walls where bugs were previously smushed by other guests. And when saying bugs, I mean wasps, flies, and moths. Aside from this issue, the place got us through the night.

This is a little bit out of town, but the stay was great. It was a great base camp for getting to Acadia. We really enjoyed the quick access the national park and reasonable drive to Ellsworth.
