2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Cottage on Branch Lake sleeps 6 w/ private dock. Prefect place to stay if you have friends or family staying in the Branch Lake campground it is only a 2 minute walk from the cottage. This cute little cottage was just newly furnished and is ready for family's to have lake front getaway but yet still close to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. This property has a gas grill, washer/dyer, AC, and a heater for colder nights during fall and spring. A canoe is onsite so you can explore the beautiful lake.

Renters responsible for water safety. No fireworks Quiet hours 10pm to 7am scoop the poop, leash and no leave dogs alone at cottage.
9 people max at property. lawn is mowed every Friday everything needs to be off the lawn. This is a condo please be respectful of others.
