This cozy, super-clean 1 bedroom walk out basement apartment with private entrance from the backyard is about 950 sf with a bedroom with queen bed that connects to the full bathroom with stand up shower, a living room, a workspace in the hallway, a full kitchen with all essential appliances, a dining table in the kitchen area, kitchen island, laundry room with a washer/dryer and pots/pans, utensils, wine glasses, mugs, cups etc. The bathroom has a stand up shower an 2 separate doors, one connects to the bedroom and one to the hallway. The unit is equipped with central furnace and A/C that is controlled from the main upstairs unit. Please note that this is an entire basement apartment and nothing inside the unit is being shared with the upstairs unit.
