If you could please wash and dry your towels that will save my team so much time thank you !!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets in the beds or on furniture. It rips sheets, stains sheets, and animal hair all over the sheets, duvet, and furniture requiring multiple washs
Pets hair requires alot of work to remove. And I have had multiple cleaning teams quit because of this. No pets on the furniture.
If pets are discovered to have been on furniture or in beds a $100 additional cleaning fee will be charged.

The house was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The backyard was dog friendly with a fence. The patio area does need some work, but the outdoor swing was awesome! We have 2 dogs, so I was worried about the dogs tracking dirt back into the house. We put the crates by the door to minimize dirt/grass clippings brought into the house. Overall it was a great location and we enjoyed our time!

We had a wonderful stay. The host was very accommodating and even stopped by to shovel the driveway when it snowed. We loved the large kitchen and living room and large backyard for sledding!

Everything was labeled, so you don't have to figure out what wall switch does what. There is a QR code inside with the wifi password. Nice washer and dryer. Rice Creek trail head starts across the street across from the Jr High. Nice 1 mile path through woods to long lake park. Full bath and 2 king rooms upstairs and shower bathroom downstairs with 2 queen beds. Would stay again. I recommend this rental. Nice deck also.

Great property/accomodating host

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating and the property very clean. Many updated appliances (oven was too fancy for our crew). The only negative was that the outside garbage was full already when we got to the property.
