I have stayed at this location several times in the past but won't come back for the price. Customer service was great when needed anything but furnishings were broke down. Couch was awful. It was a sleeper sofa but when you set anywhere on it the cushion sunk down pàst the frame on the front. Bed wasn't any better unless you like to cuddle in the middle which I a no when it's hot in there. Luckly they did have a fan to help cool off the place. Towelß were also stained. Nothing like grabbing a towel to dry off and find a huge nasty stain. Best highlight of the place was we saw 8 wild turkeys one evening.

I do appreciate your kind words about the customer service when you needed help, but I’m truly sorry about the condition of the sleeper sofa, the bed comfort, and the stained towels. That’s not the standard we want for any guest, and especially not for returning guests who know the property well. We’re addressing your comments directly with our team so we can review the furniture condition, replace or repair the sofa, and tighten our housekeeping inspection process. On a lighter note, I’m glad you got to see the wild turkeys—that’s one of those unexpected Branson moments that people remember. We appreciate your honesty, and your feedback will help us make real improvements moving forward.
