Perfect-cozy location! Easy access, great value!

You are welcome to a very quiet neighborhood in Harbour Landing. It is a beautiful basement room with lovely amenities and clean environment. The street is very secure and safe. There is a lovely park 3 minutes away, Walmart, bank, restaurants and grasslands shopping mall within walking distance. The bus stop is about 5 minutes and driving downtown is ten minutes and less than ten minutes to the airport. There is street parking.
