This stunning 5-bedroom pet-friendly lake home sleeps 11 and features mountain views, a primary king suite, 3 queen suites, a twin over full bunk, and a dedicated work space. The home is located a short drive from Boulder, Lyons, or Rocky Mountain National Park. Choose between the home’s comforts or a Colorado adventure.

From here you can set out tour the CU campus, ride or hike the front range trails including Lyons' world famous Bitter Brush trail, or set out for Rocky Mountain National Park.

Upon your return enjoy the fully stocked chefs kitchen with thermador appliances or bbq in the lush gardens while enjoying a mountain sunset. After dinner you can soak off your day’s adventure in the hot tub.

Absolutely beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. Sitting out back enjoying the lake and mountain view was wonderful. Every room was so well thought out and each bedroom having its own bathroom was especially nice. We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again.

We had such a great stay here, the house is absolutely beautiful! We had the best mornings sitting on the back patio looking at the mountains and lake. We all agreed if we come back to the area we would love to stay here again.

The Shrader's home in Longmont CO was a perfect fit as a place for our widely-scattered family to gather and celebrate our son-in-law's graduation from CSU: a quiet neighborhood directly on the path around McIntosh Lake, five bedrooms and baths, large modern kitchen, multiple separate areas for all of us inside and outside to relax in, with a view of Long's Peak that was mesmerizing at sunset. Greg's communication with us was easy and very helpful. We also enjoyed having a sense of who the Shrader's are, provided by the family photos, books and art throughout their fine home. Five stars ! Thanks, Peggy and Greg!

We had a great couple of days at this house. The location on McIntosh Lake and the Mountain View’s were incredible. The house provides a great outdoor setting to enjoy the Mountain View’s, and the direct access to McIntosh Lake was nice to enjoy the walking trial and the lake. The interior of the house is spacious and comfortable. The spacious, well-stocked kitchen is great for cooking meals and hanging out. Thank you for a great stay!

We had such a wonderful family gathering at Greg's house. The house was really cozy and was socked with everything we needed for big family meals, soaks in the hot tub, and just overall relaxation. We could not have asked for a better setting, right on the lake! We took daily walks right outside the back door on the 3.5 mile path around the lake. Greg was really helpful and very communicative! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

My wife Peggy and I have lived in Colorado for 10 years where all our kids finished high school and went on to grauuate from the University of Colorado. We love life on the Front Range. Immediately behind our house is McIntosh Lake with fishing, paddle boarding and a 5K path out our back door.

We have a view of Rocky Mountain National Park and Longs Peak. We consider the Front Range our backyard and enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing and jeeping in the mountians. Bored on a Sunday afternoon? You're 10 minutes away from a mountain adventure!

Why they chose this property

In addition to the nice people who live here, the lake access brings peace and a sense of community. The path behind our house makes for a nice walk where we see neighbors regularly. And the mountain views! Need I say more?

What makes this property unique

The house is spacious and luxurious but also cozy and warm. And the backyard has lush gardens, and Koi Pond, a bbq, a sitting area, a hot tub, access to the lake immediately behind the house and moutain views that cannot be topped. I've traveled the world extensiviely. There is beauty everywhere, but no place better!
