My wife Peggy and I have lived in Colorado for 10 years where all our kids finished high school and went on to grauuate from the University of Colorado. We love life on the Front Range. Immediately behind our house is McIntosh Lake with fishing, paddle boarding and a 5K path out our back door.
We have a view of Rocky Mountain National Park and Longs Peak. We consider the Front Range our backyard and enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing and jeeping in the mountians. Bored on a Sunday afternoon? You're 10 minutes away from a mountain adventure!

Why they chose this property
In addition to the nice people who live here, the lake access brings peace and a sense of community. The path behind our house makes for a nice walk where we see neighbors regularly. And the mountain views! Need I say more?
What makes this property unique
The house is spacious and luxurious but also cozy and warm. And the backyard has lush gardens, and Koi Pond, a bbq, a sitting area, a hot tub, access to the lake immediately behind the house and moutain views that cannot be topped. I've traveled the world extensiviely. There is beauty everywhere, but no place better!
