Modern, tastefully designed, 4 season cottage is perfect getaway with loved ones. Cottage is well-treed & private, a real feel of the wild yet close to the city. Lots of places to lounge and relax (including screened porch). Make the most of summer hiking in trails & exploring lake Kayaking/fishing or taking a dip on a hot afternoon. Get your adventure gear for Ski, trails in winters. Perfect year round vacation home! Dedicated workspace.
*MIN AGE- 25yrs to book. Only Fri-Fri bookings in summer

1/2 acre lake front property surrounded by evergreen trees making it very private year round. 3 Queen Beds and 2 Single bed that can comfortably accommodate up to a group of 8

Property Highlights:
- Property gently slopes to water with lots of trees and Canadian shield large rocks
- Dedicated workspace with a monitor and keyboard for those working from home.
- Relax on the Dock or the open deck in the back with BBQ and Umbrella. Central heat through furnace.
- Enjoy outdoor dining and lounge in a screened porch
- Open firepit with Muskoka Chairs and Sun Loungers by the lake
- Family board games and playing cards
- Dock: 10 ft with water is 3-5 ft deep at the end of the dock (depending on the time of the year) only shallow swimming
- Kayaks, Paddle Boat, Canoe and a Paddle Board included with your stay.

Get that workout kayaking on the massive 4 mile long lake.. its an awesome experience you cannot miss!!
