Stunning Executive, Post & Beam, Fenelon Falls/Bobcaygeon Waterfront Retreat

Minutes to Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygeon, this stunning, traditional red cedar post & beam construction 4-bedroom cottage is the perfect combination of rustic charm with modern amenities like central air & central heating, satellite TV and Wifi. The interior boasts warm pine walls, ceilings and floors, soaring vaulted ceilings with skylights, 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, a very spacious kitchen and a stone, wood-burning fireplace. Open concept living, dining and kitchen - perfect for the extended family and friends to come together in a serene setting with a gorgeous view of the lake. Deep, flat lot and shallow-entry shoreline - perfect for small children. Deeper water in the open lake. Huge deck with lots of outdoor furniture; large propane bbq (we supply the propane), fire pit and a dock that can accommodate a boat up to 24'. A small boat & motor, suitable for fishing, is also available at a nominal charge (boater's license required). There's also a free paddle boat and 2 kayaks. All come with life jackets.
Fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, large fridge, stove, microwave oven, dishes, pots & pans, cutlery, glassware, serving utensils and all the small appliances you need to make your stay convenient...just like home. Four spacious bedrooms - the master with a king size bed and 2 with a queen and the 4th has a trundle/bunk/bunk (sleeps 3). Need extra sleeping? Use the pull-out sofa in the great room and in the summer, there's a cozy , air conditioned bunkie with a queen-size bed. (Note - Extra charge for use of bunkie.) Two bathrooms complete the interior.
Enjoy water activities on our large lake, plus golf, country fairs, historical attractions, playgrounds for the kids, fine dining and antique shopping in the quaint little towns of Bobcaygeon and Fenelon Falls. In winter, enjoy a winter wonderland view, walk, cross-country ski or snowmobile over the frozen lake. Basic necessities and other extras provided at no charge.
Situated on the North shore of Sturgeon Lake part of the Trent/Severn Waterway System so if you have a boat, you can cruise many lakes connected with lift locks; Fenelon Falls is nicknamed the Jewel of the Kawarthas and is a popular tourist area in the summer months. Explore all the town has to offer, shopping, dining, the falls and lift locks. Bobcaygeon is another quaint little town with similar amenities and attractions as Fenelon Falls, plus some historical attractions (Settlers' Village); Lindsay and Peterborough are nearby too.

A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival date, refunds are provided only if time frame is re-booked at the same or higher rate.
