Gorgeous, newer construction, executive, four-bedroom waterfront cottage mid-way between Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygeon - 7 minutes from either town; 25 minutes from Lindsay and about 2 hrs. from Toronto near Eganridge Gold & Country Club

- Spectacular view! facing South (lots of sun); 100+ feet of waterfront
- One king size, 2 queen size and two double beds
- Three full bathrooms, one is en-suite in master bedroom, one is in lower level

Excellent public beaches with playgrounds in both Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygeon by the lift locks
Three 9-hole golf courses nearby - one (Egan Ridge Golf & Country Club) is 5 minutes from cottage and two, 18-hole courses in/near Lindsay
Lots to see and do in Fenelon Falls, Bobcaygeon and surrounding areas, including, lift locks, hunting for antiques, shopping, fine dining, Settler's Village, and walking trails (routes accessed by vehicle)
Note: Available: 14' aluminum boat with 8.5 hp - comes with gas - boater's license required - nominal charge to maintain motor, or boat with just paddles (no motor) no license requirement and no charge

What an amazing time we all had at this property. The house itself is very large and clean and felt very modern. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning. We had an amazing time at Vicky's cottage. The house is beautiful and the lake view is just breathtaking. The kitchen is fully equipped and we cooked meals for the whole family. Vicky was very welcoming and the contact with her was super easy.We would definitely recommend it!

A great cottage! The house itself is spacious and comfortable. Very clean and well equipped. Vicky really cares about a great guest experience and the house is very welcoming. Located between Fenelon Falls and Bobcaygeon means you are close to beaches, restaurants, playgrounds, farmer markets and more! The lot offers lots of privacy

Amazing place!

What a beautiful home! The cottage is exquisite, well equipped, super clean, modern and very comfortable, with large and airy spaces. Beautiful views to the lake from the large deck, and access to boats to enjoy the calm waters. We have a fantastic time with friends and made memories that will last forever! Vicky is a wonderful host, she responded very quickly to our messages and provided directions and all the information we needed. We highly recommend this cottage and we will definitely come back!

When we stumbled upon this lovely home, it seemed too good to be true but it very much lived up to the photos! It's close to Fenelon Falls & Bobcaygeon with a great view of Sturgeon Lake. The beds in all 4 bedrooms were very comfortable; the 3 bathrooms had nice finishes and were very clean; the living spaces had well arranged & comfortable furniture and the kitchen had high end appliances and was fully stocked. We enjoyed using the lake side upper & lower decks and the adirondack chairs by the lake. The home was quiet, clean and perfectly designed. It was spacious and well equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay!Vicki was a great host! She was polite, friendly, responded quickly to our inquiries and was easy to communicate with. She greeted us when we arrived, provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around.We loved our stay. It was a wonderful place for our family to gather and we would love to stay here again!
