Both sets of keys are returned. All house rules are respected. • Check-in Process: We operate contactless check-in as we do not have a 24-hour reception. o Before arrival, you will receive an email with a 3D secure payment link for the deposit. o Once the payment is completed, you will receive a message with your check-in instructions (such as access codes, directions, etc.). o If for any reason our staff cannot meet you in person, the contactless check-in process will still apply.
