Overall our stay was good. The apartment property was very nice and had great amenities. The apartment was not well stocked, but we made it work.

This was an absolute scam from start to finish. We arrived for check-in and could not access the property at all. No instructions worked, no one answered messages, calls, or emails, and the host was completely unreachable. At that point it became painfully obvious this listing should never have been allowed on VRBO in the first place. We were left stranded, stressed, and scrambling for somewhere else to stay — all while having thousands of dollars tied up in a place we could not even enter. Instead of enjoying our trip, we spent HOURS on the phone with VRBO trying to fix a situation that should never happen to paying customers. This wasn’t a misunderstanding or a small inconvenience — this was straight-up fraud. If you’re considering booking here, don’t. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, emotional stress, and financial headache. No vacation is worth dealing with this level of incompetence and dishonesty.
