Clean and comfortable, our air conditioned Wi-Fi enabled condo is a Perfect Rejuvenation Beach Escape for extended Remote Work and School Getaways. Located in the exclusive Kuilima Estates West perfectly landscaped grounds, adjacent to 840 acres of the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay Resort. It is the only destination resort on Oahu's North Shore - world famous for surfing, remote coastlines, and exciting adventures.

This upstairs end corner townhouse with vaulted ceilings, features beautiful Asian Hawaiian inspired décor. Enjoy the gentle trade breezes while relaxing in your private screened-in lanai overlooking the third fairway of the Fazio golf course.

The comfortable living/dining area with A/C, HDTV & WiFi keep you cool and connected when desired. Sleep in air conditioned comfort queen master bedroom, living room queen with open loft HDTV and combination tub/shower and half bathrooms nearby. The new W/D laundry center assures that you can pack light and enjoy a very pleasant and relaxing vacation home.

Full service grocery stores, only a few miles from the resort en route from the airport or in close by Laie town are stocked with local tropical fruits, prepared take out, spirits and famous Hawaiian Kona coffee. Local nearby farm stands offer fresh picked tropical fruits papaya, coconut, mango, and avocado ready to enjoy at your Hawaiian home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, or simply enjoy the wonderful restaurants at the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay Resort, Kahuku shrimp trucks and other local food and drinks.

Our condo is a short walk to the Pacific ocean and Turtle Bay cove's beautiful white sand beach. Relax in the sun, play in the surf, enjoy the sea turtles or participate in the many Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay Resort activities. You'll find the world class Palmer Championship Golf Course; and the Fazio Golf Course with reasonable late afternoon rates, numberous outdoor activities and events. The resort offers horseback riding, surf, hula and yoga lessons, miles of walking trails, golf, bike rentals, daily events calendar, sunset dining and night time entertainments.
Many of the resort amenities have separate fees; be sure to check with the hotel concierge.

Steps from your condo you can enjoy one of three private pools, tennis courts and BBQ use included with your reservation. We provide starter supplies to get you through your transition into the condo; then you can restock at the local Foodland for your needs throughout your stay.

The kitchen has everything you’d ever need. Two twins and a full in the loft with a half bath fit our kids perfectly. The master downstairs by the full bath and washer and dryer was nice. The location is quiet yet close to all the north shore fun. The owner was great. This was the perfect place to stay with our family of 5.

Unit was extremely dirty, smelled of chemicals and our feet were black after 5 minutes. Our daughter broke out in a rash from the chemicals. The photos on VRBO were not representative of the actual unit. This was for our daughter’s birthday and it was a nightmare. VRBO needs to remove this unit from their listing.

We absolutely loved our stay. Tamara was very helpful with providing all the clear instructions from airport to rental entry. No issues with check-in or check-out.
