My family and I are originally from Iowa, but we moved to Tampa in 2021 and fell in love. We recently bought this condo to use as a weekend getaway, but also want to share the space with others looking to experience Florida's beautiful beaches.

Why they chose this property

We love Indian Shores because of the old-time, beach town charm that it boasts. It is smaller and less congested than some other areas along the coast like St. Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, and Clearwater Beach, but still has everything you need close by like dining, entertainment, of course, the beach!

What makes this property unique

Our condo is a perfect getaway located on the Intercoastal Waterway, directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. The nearest beach access path is 3 minutes from our front door to the sand! There is a heated pool in the back of the property and also a small area to launch kayaks/paddleboards if you bring or rent one.
