From Indy and reside in San Diego; forever a Hoosier. This home has been enjoyed by our family for generations and it is highly cherished. The location and comfort of this home is why we chose to host; to bring accessibility and family comfort to others.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quiet, but also lively. Neighbors have been there for generations and are all extremely friendly; they love the short term rental guests. You could literally go to any neighbor and ask for sugar if you’re baking and run out. This particular house is on a normal street, but also in its own forest! Pines were planted several decades ago (by my brother) and it is unique for the community.

What makes this property unique

The lot is huge and the backyard has a small fence that would keep little ones in birds-eye view collecting pinecones to keep them busy.
