Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Garbage can be placed in dumpsters on the way out of complex. You will see them on right side of driveway just past the pool. Look for tan barn-like building.
Do not force front screen door shut- it will cause you to get locked out.

Why they chose this property
I chose Waitsfield for the proximity to Sugarbush for skiing and Blueberry Lake for Paddle boarding.
What makes this property unique
This condo is a four season retreat. The trails behind the parking area have some of the most beautiful waterfalls. My golden retrievers love to frolic under the flowing water. We like to hike Spring, Sumner, Fall and I am also an avid skier during the winter months.
