This beautiful house in Marathon offers 3 cozy bedrooms - two with a king bed and one with queen beds. With 2 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, guests can freshen up after a day of exploring. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, AC, WiFi, iron, and heating. Your stay here will be superb, providing a pleasant retreat during your travels. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Home has a large hot tub outside on the side of the home in the shade to relax in after a long day of boating or exploring the keys. Bait freezer out on the back porch with a filet table on the dock with water and shore power. Boat no bigger than 25 feet in length.

Host interaction was good overall. Had an ant problem I discussed with her. Was told there should be bait under the sink. Due to no response after mentioning not finding any, we ended up buying bait ourselves. House has an awkward layout, with little LR space. Kitchen has no oven or dishwasher. Furniture in LR & Kitchen functions, but needs replaced. Location is noisy, but within walking distance to some amenities. Would work for someone who has a large boat. We were unable to launch our heavy fishing kayaks here. No bumpers on the seawall made that unsafe for our boats. Tile on driveway and seawall got very (treacherously) slick when wet. We had to be extremely careful not to fall. Storm shutters banged and clanged when wind picked up making it difficult to sleep. Partially covered driveway was long enough to park a few vehicles and short trailer. Hot tub was nice! Cover needs replaced as it was very brittle on top. Feel like it was a bit over priced for what it is.
