A prime location - great neighborhood, lovely views! Ample parking for 4 cars. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. 8 of us were very comfortable and we would book again without hesitation.

A great house in a great location. Trails right outside door for walking. Very close to Winter Park Resort for easy access to downhill mountain biking. Multiple balconies for great outside seating and sunset views. Hot tub was great. Also nice to have the Xbox gaming system.

Fantastic Family Mountain Get-Away

This place was awesome. Had everything we needed for an amazing girls weekend in the mountains. Great hot tub, well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, multiple areas to sit, outdoor space. We will be back!

Great vacation!

We loved everything about this house and stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed! The beds were comfy and the 2 living areas were key when traveling with teenagers! The “lift” pickup was great- it was close enough to walk to, which made it super simple to get to the slopes. We would be happy to stay here again!!

Great house and great location. My only complaint is there is no trash bin on the street. Having to walk a block over to dump trash is pretty inconvenient. Other than that stay was excellent

We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the porch over the mountains, easy access to walking trails and close proximity to dining, shopping and activities. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Appreciated the 3 master bedrooms with baths and guest bathroom on main floor. Driveway was able to fit 3 cars along with the 2 car garage. Would definitely recommend this house to others in need of a spacious 5 bedroom house. 5 stars!

Beautiful home conveniently located near Winter Park and the ski resort. The rooms are large, beds are comfortable and it’s nice having so many bathrooms. We had a group of ten of us stay and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the house. It is Winter Park so you can hear the train at night. Some in our group brought earplugs for that reason. Hot tub was nice and clean. The living room and kitchen area were great for hanging out and conversations did not overrun each other’s. The only negative is the sound travels upstairs from the kitchen and living room because of the open loft viewing from the hallway on the top floor. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend this house for other large groups.

Family Get Away

My husband and I hosted our 2 children and their spouses along with 4 grandchildren to a get away in Fraser. The house was perfect. It was big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. It is equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the pots, pans and dishes that we could have wanted. The kitchen appliances were a top notch. And the house is very clean. The views from the house are incredible, the deck is large and safe for the little guys to enjoy. I would definitely return here.
