The house is on the 1st floor with access by stairs. The condominium has swimming pool with bathrooms, shower and deck / bar, garden / deck facing the sea with bathrooms, chairs, play ground and shower, lighted tennis court, damp sauna, fitness room, gourmet space and solarium facing the sea, bicycles, 16 security cameras, Wi-Fi internet, beach service with 4 chairs, coffee table and 2 umbrellas, staff accommodation, toy library, 24 hour concierge. The property is located within a condominium complex, which offered a good level of safety. The staff on-site were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, some of the shared amenities, such as the gym and steam room, were poorly maintained and did not meet our expectations. The biggest disappointment for me and my family was the lack of essential items like bed linen and towels, which were not provided by the owner or rental company. This important detail was not disclosed prior to our booking. For international travelers, this is a significant inconvenience. While the property manager eventually supplied linen and towel kits for the three bedrooms upon request, the additional fee charged for them was unreasonably high. Communication throughout the booking process was confusing and frustrating. Although I made the reservation through Expedia, I found myself having to deal with both VRBO and the rental company directly, which complicated things further. Overall, while the property had some positive aspects, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and unexpected charges mean I can only rate this experience as average.

férias em família

O condominio é excelente, possui diversas facilidades, além de ser bastante organizado. O apartamento está bem localizado dentro do condominio, tendo inclusive vista do mar. A cozinha é bem equipada, as camas são ótimas, assim como os chuveiros. Todos os comodos tem ar condicionado e as TVs são excelentes, porém a limpeza do apto ficou a desejar, assim como o não fornecimento de roupas de cama e banho. O condomínio é um pouco antigo e imagino que esse apto não tenha sido renovado. Tive a oportunidade de visitar outros no mesmo local, totalmente reformados, porém sem a vista para o mar. A comunicação com Silvio foi ótima. Nos forneceu todas as informações acerca da cidade após os deslizamentos ocorridos durante o carnaval e permitiu que o check out fosse realizado até as 14h, o que foi excelente visto que o check in as 16h e check out as 11h faz com que o hospede acabe perdendo 2 dias de praia.

Prós e contras!

Pontos positivos: frente ao mar, infra de ducha e banheiros na areia, o que ajuda muito quando está com crianças. Os quartos são bem montados, camas boas, o condomínio super bem cuidado com funcionários ótimos, casa bem equipada com utensílios domésticos . Pontos negativos: o ap não tem charme, é bem funcional, a churrasqueira da varanda muito enferrujada, usamos mas deu trabalho, não tem maquina de lavar, e pouquissimo espaço para secar roupas.
