A present was left in the toilet on arrival. There were dirty towels in the washing machine. Unit is nice and clean.

I’m so sorry about the issues you walked into at arrival. That’s not the experience we want for anyone, and I’ll be following up with our cleaning team to make sure it doesn’t happen again. I’m glad to hear the unit felt clean overall once you settled in, and I appreciate you letting us know so we can do better.
