Enjoy a safe, clean home central to all the best of Asheville! Great for individuals, couples, or small families.
2021-built basement suite features privacy, off-street parking, and views, but is only 4 minutes to Biltmore Village and 8 to downtown Asheville. Private rear entrance to your own floor! Separate bedroom, living room, and bathroom. Walk-in shower. High speed wireless internet, charging stations, patio, and kitchenette.
Features a bedroom, living room, and bathroom. Looks exactly as pictured. Multiple flex spaces allow for working or playing. Kitchenette for food prep. Full bathroom. All modern and recently finished in 2021.
Yard was extensively damaged during Hurricane Helene, so many of the trees are gone sadly, but you will still have a private view on your own private patio in the back of the house.
Depending on when you stay, my children may be with me upstairs. We do our best to keep quiet from 9pm - 7am, but you may hear some little footsteps or voices. I’ve got excellent insulation, but there is a chance you’ll hear them occasionally.
