Place used bed sheets in washing machine. Place used towels in clothes hamper.

Place all garbage in large large trash can beyond metal fence.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
This neighborhood has soo much character and is steadily becoming renovated. Centrally located in Lubbock and only minutes away from key stops in Lubbock. Close to TTU and most medical facilities.
What makes this property unique
The layout of the space its not an efficiency. It feels like a true home not some crackerjack box. There is a true dining room, kitchen, laundry area, living room and bedroom. It never feels congested.
