The house was as listed. It was clean, nicely decorated, the kitchen was well stocked, it had nice additions (like throw blankets and a massage chair), and the location was good in relation to west Asheville and down town Asheville.
The property was a great location for visiting Biltmore and the downtown area of Asheville. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed morning coffees on the deck! The area is quiet and was perfect for our weekend.

Great stay!
Loved this place! It was perfect for our girls trip and fit 7 girls great. We really loved the decks and location. Highly recommend. There was some trouble with the dishwasher that I tried to reach out to the host about. There is also a nail sticking out of the stairs that is quite painful to step on. Besides that perfect place- very clean!
We really enjoyed staying in this home. It presented as advertised and was very clean. It was in a great location, convenient to everything! Nice view!
We gathered..33 generations to celebrate my dil 40th birthday. The proximity to the river and Biltmore was perfect. We especially enjoyed the deck.

Great house
I was very pleased with my stay. The house is spacious and clean. The beds are actually comfortable. The entire process was easy. A car is a must, but easy to get anywhere in the city.

Perfect for three generations
Easter weekend in Asheville. House was very clean, lots of space, comfortable beds.
This house was perfect for a girl's trip. There were 7 of us, and we felt that there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was clean, had an easy check-in process, and was in a fantastic location! I highly recommend this property and would stay here again during my next visit to Asheville!
Great little multi-level row house overlooking the river
The listing was pretty accurate and the house fit our needs and expectations. The drive into the row house area is very steep and the first turn is a little tight so just know that if you are driving a large vehicle or towing anything, the entrance could be a challenge. The large garage is a nice feature.
House was as advertised - clean and well kept. Enjoyed its location in visiting the River Arts district, Downtown Asheville and Biltmore. Easy to get to on your own or via Uber/Lyft. The greenway is nice if you like to walk or run. So many great restaurants to choose from that are easy to get to as well.
Great place, as advertised. Good location, very close to the Biltmore. Love the running trail along the river just outside our door! Enjoying coffee on the deck in the morning while watching the trail activity was a fun way to start the day. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Lovely Rental
Great house, great proximity to all Asheville has to offer. Very clean and modern, with a great living room hangout space. The only drawback was having to carry luggage up a long set of stairs outside to get to the entry. All in all, though, a wonderful stay!
We were in town for a family wedding and the location was great for all our activities. Loved the walking/bike path along the river below the house. The house was clean but the lighting in the bathrooms could be better. Would recommend.
Overall this house is in a nice location. We stayed for two weeks, which was long enough to be frustrated by some minor issues that could be easily addressed. We had challenges with the trash/recycling bins being full at our arrival and never being emptied. The dishwasher did not work properly. Bedrooms did not have dressers which made it hard to unpack for our two week stay. Basic cleaning equipment would have helped us address things like the toilets not being adequately cleaned prior to our arrival. Other than that, we had a nice stay.

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback, we are pleased to hear that your stay overall was a nice one, and that you enjoyed the location of our home! We apologize that the trash cans were full upon your arrival. We have a collection service that empties the cans just a few days before your arrival, but it is possible that our cans were overlooked, or that a neighboring homeowner mistakenly put their garbage in our cans. Please note that we do have an oversized dresser in the master bedroom, and the other two bedrooms do have both closets with shelving, as well as luggage racks. Our local property manager checked and confirmed that the dishwasher is working properly. They also confirmed that they would have been happy to address any issues encountered during your stay. We encourage our guests to contact them at the number we provide during their stay.Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to host you again for your Asheville getaway!"
We loved this place. It was even better than the pictures. The house was well decorated and spotless. It was furnished with everything you could possibly need. We were located along the River District and everything else in Asheville was a short drive. It was large and spacious and even had a two car garage below the house. The only drawback was there were a lot of stairs if you had anyone in your party with mobility issues. We give this place 5 stars.
Very nice place well outfit especially in the kitchen. However, there were five of us and there was only six rolls of toilet paper and we stayed there a week. Also paper towels seem like there was one roll. We like bacon we ran out of paper towels. As I said, the kitchen was very well out with pots and pans and bowls and things.
