All you need to feel like you’ve got it all is a Destin vacation at ReGrouper! This four story beach vacation rental can comfortably fit several families thanks to its six bedrooms, two living rooms, three balconies and probably one of the coolest pool decks in all the area (don’t worry, the outdoor spaces of ReGrouper will get an entire paragraph dedicated to it here shortly).

Living happily on a white sandy road that extends right onto the glorious beaches of the Gulf, ReGrouper has got everything you’ll need to finally relax. A full laundry room, tile floors throughout, an awesomely stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi and plenty of parking are just some of the creature comforts we all appreciate when vacationing. However, this multi-family vacation home doesn’t just meet basic needs- it goes above and beyond to ensure that you aren’t just content, you’re blissfully calm! Its welcoming décor features quartz counters in shades of the shore, hand painted murals depicting sea life scenes as well as plantation shutters. 

Finally, we’ve made it to the pool deck. A verdant green lawn encircles the pool and spa area where plush lounge furniture, a grill and a private wooden outdoor shower round out this personal paradise. However, the most remarkable thing about ReGrouper’s pool deck has got to be the spacious tiki hut complete with a u-shaped bar, plenty of seating and Margaritaville inspired décor! This private oasis just for you and your guests might actually give the beach some competition!

ReGrouper has several other niceties including two small libraries for children and adults, a wet bar in the 3rd floor entertainment area, beach views from the 3rd and 4th floor bedrooms/balconies, and four primary suites with luxury showers. Plus, the location is just the right mix of being far enough away from Destin traffic to hear the cicadas sing while still being close to so many attractions. On one end of the road you’ve got the best beaches in the world and at the other you are within a mile of Golf courses, shopping malls and an abundance of restaurants.

This house sleeps a maximum of 16 guests.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

There are several pool towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home.

This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.

This property has parking for 5 vehicles.
