When you arrive, follow the gravel drive beside the main house — it will lead you straight to the farmhouse. It has its own private area and parking, so you’ll feel tucked away and at ease the moment you pull in. This 1-bedroom guesthouse in Eureka Springs is perfect for your escape! Guests can unwind in the superbly comfortable bedroom and relax in the soothing ambiance of the cabin. Off Street parking, Front porch, Fire Pit, Full Kitchen, Soaking tub and Walk-In Tile shower. 1.5 Miles from Eureka Springs Bike trail systems. 3.9 Miles from Leatherwood Bike Trails. 6.8 Miles from Holiday Island Marina. 2.3 Miles from Historic Down Town Eureka Springs.

Talmage's 12 Acre Wood is named in loving memory of our son whose spirit inspires everything we do here. This land is a place of healing, joy, and deep connection with the earth, animals, and each other. We can't wait to share it with you!

We are close to the heart of Eureka Springs, but nestled in the woods just outside of the city limits. The home has a separate drive on our property. Our property has chickens, goats, and pigs that you will be able to view from your deck.
