The unit was nice, fit all of our needs. Location was amazing in terms to beach proximity and closeness to the shops. Only complaint was that the sliding glass door to the balcony is not working properly. It took extreme force to open and close the door. And the boogey boards left in the unit were broken when we got there. Had we known, we would have brought our own from home.

It’s a perfect location for dining and shopping. Also a short walk to the grocery store. Over all I would recommend this condo and will definitely be back.

You do not need to drive anywhere once you arrive. It has laundry in condo. No oven but does have a convection oven along with microwave and toaster oven. Two bikes come with unit!! Perfect for a couple. A small child or two could fit. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Cozy Villa with Amazing View!

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying at this villa located within walking distance to the popular Coligny Plaza for shopping and restaurants and a pool and Coligny beach. The washer and dryer and pool are small but it was acceptable for the price we paid. I booked last minute and mainly wanted a good view and location. The unit was a little worn down but it’s to be expected with a beachfront unit at this price. We loved biking on the island and so we appreciated the 2 free bikes that come with the rental. We had an issue with the patio door that was promptly fixed after contacting maintenance. The security guard was very friendly. I recommend this unit for a small family looking for an amazing ocean view and close proximity to shops and the beach. Wonderful memories were made.

Pros: Great location close to the beach, restaurants and grocery store, quiet pool area, bikes included, lovely view of the ocean, close to the elevator, afternoon sun on the balconyCons: unit needs updating, LR furniture is dated, LR carpet is grubby, BR mattress soft and lumpy, bathroom tap has a slow leak and water pooled on the countertopIf some updating was done to the unit, we'd give it 5 stars.

Beautiful location

Great location to beach, grocery store, eating, and entertainment. It was walking distance to every thing you need. The place is idea for a couple or a family with two children.

The Breakers is the absolute best location. I loved being right across from Coligny. My vacation is not complete without a few trips to the Piggly Wiggly and I could walk out my door and be there in less than 5 mins on foot. . We also walked over and ate at Fish one night(which had delicious fried shrimp). Also did some shopping. The view was beautiful from the balcony of our condo and loved the included bikes. Pool Bar Jim's and The Tiki Hut are basically on either side of The Breakers which is awesome. The instructions for TVs and other details were all very easy to understand and helpful. The unit was mostlyclean with VERY clean bed linens and towels. The washing machine smelled bad and had black mold/mildew in it so that was kind of a bummer. The bathroom floor corners were kind of dirty but otherwise it was clean. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed except there were hardly any spoons to eat with and the ones there were there were rough on the edges like they had been in the garbage disposal a time or two, but there were tons of forks(kind of funny). The zero gravity chairs on the porch were very comfy but it was hard to see the view in them. I noticed some of the other condos had bar height chairs that seemed like maybe a better option. My bed was very comfortable and my son slept on the pull out sofa bed with no complaints. Overall I was very happy with my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the trip

We stay in this property every year when we go down to HHI, and it was just as pleasant this year as always. The location is great and super convenient to most everything. We always enjoy our trip and this condo is perfect for us. We never have any trouble or issues.

Best trip

We had such a great time. The Breakers was very convenient and the location was key as we had 3 teenagers with us! The property we stayed in was well decorated and updated. The only suggestion we have is that the balcony furniture needs replacing. The security person on the premise was also nice to see. We plan to return to the Breakers again next year! It was perfec!

Villa review

Needs some new furniture. Sofa very uncomfortable. Wish some Breakers units had walk in shower rather than bath tub/shower. Much more suitable for seniors renting for the winter months but beautiful, convenient area. We will be back just into a more recently updated unit

Awesome Condo for a Couple

Unit is great for a couple, no children. We used the hallway bunk beds to store suitcases, change of clothes between swim wear and casual wear, etc. This idea alone kept us better organized within the smaller unit and made the size a non-issue. If children involved, very economical if you don't mind a place on the smaller side. Minor improvements to make the place even better would be coat hooks in the hallway, towel hook on the back of the bathroom door. Bottom line is we would definitely stay there again!

Great location

Unit was as advertised. Great location, everything in the unit worked as it should. Toilet seat lid was broken on one side and unit was not sparkling clean (but definitely not dirty). Only real concern that I did not ask to be addressed is that I think the door code is just reused from rental to rental (but this could be incorrect as I did not ask).
