This was a beautiful space to stay. It was very clean, check in was easy and everything was as described. We were visiting our student at CU Boulder and this was so much better than dealing with the local hotels. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thanks Mark!

This is our third or fourth time staying at this VRBO and we will book it each and every time that we are in the area. It is incredibly convenient to old town Lafayette with so many amazing restaurants, farmers market, bookstore and coffee shops. The VRBO is always super clean and has everything we need, and the host is so friendly and helpful if we ever have questions. I almost hate giving sick food reviews because I don’t want it to be booked when we return. Seriously though, it’s great!

This is our third time staying at this location and it is always absolutely perfect. The VRBO is always super clean and has everything we need for a completely stress free stay. The host is great with communication and answering any questions that we ever have. We already have another future trip planned and plans to stay here again whenever we are in town.

The location was perfect for the graduation ceremony on Boulder and that area. Also close enough to enjoy hiking Estes park. The little town of Lafayette was very fun to enjoy. Our host was very attentive and the carriage house met all our needs with a washer and dryer being a plus.

This was exactly as presented and exactly what we needed. Mark posted a video tour on YouTube that was very helpful in deciding to go with him.My wife and I truly just need a bed, shower, laundry, and something to cook on between hiking trails. Every box was enthusiastically checked. The kitchen was updated. The shower was incredible. Everything was super clean.Also, it was only a 5 minute walk from a pretty downtown that included things like a bookstore/coffee shop we stopped at every morning, a farmers market on Sundays, the best meal we happened to eat on our trip was from a Creole restaurant on the square.Great host. Great price. Pretty town. Close to a lot of trails. Exactly what we wanted.

We had an excellent stay! Mark had a binder of helpful info and the space was exactly what we needed. I was also pleasantly surprised as to how prime this location is. We walked into town for meals, coffee, ice cream at night, and of course the excellent farmers market. We are already planning another stay here this spring. We are relocating to the area and this was a perfect home base as we made some decisions about that process. The only “feedback” we would have is to have a floor length mirror somewhere. Overall, an excellent stay!
