Lafayette Carriage House in Historic old town

Beautiful Brand new studio apartment. Completely private over a detached garage, all appliances and everything else is brand new. Gorgeous view of the mountains from the west facing panoramic window. Spa like bathroom with W&D. Chefs kitchen with large island, 5 burner gas stove, farmhouse sink, dishwasher and all the cooking supplies and utensils. Central air and heating. Queen bed with a pullout twin sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. TV and Wifi, with a smart TV for Netflix etc.

Safe lighted street side parking. No smoking on the property. Key is a code lock. For a video tour search YouTube for "baselinebnb"

Just minutes walk to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, entertainment and the arts district in Historic old town Lafayette. Very charming old town with lots of mom n' pop stores. 1 block from the community recreation center with a gym, pool and exercise equipment. 1 block from acres of open space with walking trails. Some of the best breweries, restaurants and coffee shops in the region are just a short walk from the apartment. Access to the inside of the garage, driveway and backyard are not included in the rental.

This is our third time staying at this location and it is always absolutely perfect. The VRBO is always super clean and has everything we need for a completely stress free stay. The host is great with communication and answering any questions that we ever have. We already have another future trip planned and plans to stay here again whenever we are in town.

We had an excellent stay! Mark had a binder of helpful info and the space was exactly what we needed. I was also pleasantly surprised as to how prime this location is. We walked into town for meals, coffee, ice cream at night, and of course the excellent farmers market. We are already planning another stay here this spring. We are relocating to the area and this was a perfect home base as we made some decisions about that process. The only “feedback” we would have is to have a floor length mirror somewhere. Overall, an excellent stay!

The location was perfect for the graduation ceremony on Boulder and that area. Also close enough to enjoy hiking Estes park. The little town of Lafayette was very fun to enjoy. Our host was very attentive and the carriage house met all our needs with a washer and dryer being a plus.

Wonderful studio apartment with up-to-date appliances (including washer/dryer) and great shower/bathroom! The host was a caring and prompt communicator.Be sure you are clear on how to get to the apartment because it is confusing since the address says Baseline Rd, but the entry requires turning right on Iowa Street and walking down the pebbly alley and upstairs on the right. Also, don't run the washer while you're sleeping because the end signal is very loud! Enjoy this great apartment and location.

This was a great place to stay for the weekend. The property was just as pictured and clean. There were plenty of extra bedsheets and linens provided. The property is close to the Denver area, but far enough away to be peaceful and scenic. The neighborhood felt safe and there was a walking trail in the back of the neighborhood Would definitely stay again.
