You have the entire home and private outdoor areas, including the pool, hot tub, backyard, game room, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit.
Two small utility closets remain locked for supplies.

⦿ Parties & Gatherings
Large parties and events are not permitted.

⦿ Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (San Bernardino County regulations).
- Noise complaints may result in law enforcement involvement.

⦿ Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

⦿ Pool
- Pool heating is available for added comfort; a fee applies. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance to schedule heating.
- Pool & spa are serviced weekly; brief 30-minute maintenance visits may occur during your stay.
- Desert winds may bring leaves or debris into the pool; a skimmer is provided to clear the surface if needed.

⦿ Hot tub
- Hot tub is for guest use only and is cleaned and sanitized regularly.
- Children must be supervised by an adult.
- Do not use glassware in the hot tub area.
- No lotions, oils, sunscreen, or other body products in the hot tub.
- Limit usage to 4 people max at a time.
- Please cover the hot tub when not in use to keep it clean and maintain heat.
- Report any issues with temperature or cleanliness immediately.
- Guests use the hot tub at their own risk; caution advised for anyone with health conditions or mobility limitations.

⦿ BBQ & Fire Features
- Empty propane tanks are provided.
- Refill locally or request pre-filled tanks; a fee applies. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you’d like tanks filled.

- Street parking is prohibited by county regulations.
- Driveway accommodates up to 4 cars; please park only in designated areas to avoid fines.
- Tesla EV Charger is available on-site.

⦿ Game Room (Garage)
- The game room is in the garage.
- Please keep the garage door closed unless actively charging an electric vehicle.

⦿ Pets
- Pets are welcome when added to the reservation. Service animals must be disclosed in advance.
- An additional pet fee applies per pet, per stay. Extra cleaning fees may be charged if additional cleaning is required after departure.
- Pets are not permitted on beds, and are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.
- Unapproved pets may result in additional fees or penalties.
- Guests are responsible for supervising their pets at all times and cleaning up after them.

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of the house is under 24/7 surveillance by a professional Home Security system.

⦿ Wildlife
The property is in a beautiful desert setting, so you may occasionally spot local wildlife such as birds, lizards, and small desert critters. While our home is thoroughly cleaned before each visit, a few insects or desert visitors may wander through from time to time.
