Please Note: This is a residential community, not a resort. The complex will be under Heavy construction (concrete work, jack hammering, dust, debris, etc...) starting approximately September of 2024 and is estimated to end May 2025.

The Nassau County Shore Protection Project is scheduled to begin in late spring and will move along the shoreline over several months. While we don't know exactly when the dredging will be in front of this home or for how long, when it is, guests can expect loud noise and 24-hour operations with lights at night. To account for any inconvenience, we're offering a special discount during this time. Price will be automatically adjusted when booking.

Welcome to our newly renovated oceanfront vacation rental condo on Amelia Island, Florida! This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean right from your living room. Relax in comfort with a queen bed in the master suite, another queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a convenient full pull-out sofa in the living room for extra guests. Enjoy the serene ambiance, and direct access to the beach just steps away for a truly unforgettable getaway. Experience coastal living at its finest steps from your door.

Please Note: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

Cozy Home with Beautiful Views

This place was perfect for my wife and I! Beautiful views of the Ocean, long beach walk, short drive to great restaurants. Condo was clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. We will be back.

Awesome family getaway!!

The property was just perfect for our family- fantastic views, plenty of beds, and all the amenities of home! The beach access was onsite and steps away. We were close to a gas station for last minute needs and drinks. Great proximity to Fort Clinch and the downtown area was just adorable. Great beach, great sharktoothing and nice area. Would consider this as a permanent vacation spot some day. Really enjoyed the trip and would return!

Beautiful condo, spectacular view

The condo was beautiful and very clean. Was perfect for our vacation. The view of the ocean was spectacular. I enjoyed sitting in front of the big window's watching the ocean. The condo is in a great location! Beach wasnt really crowded and very close to downtown. The pictures does make the condo look a little bigger then what it really is but it was perfect for just the 3 of us. The primary shower is small, a large man might be more comfortable using the other shower in the condo. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

Property Needs A Lot of Work

Owners fees added 44% to nightly cost. Shower very moldy. Rusted screen door hard to open. Rusted shelf in refrigerator. Peeling ceiling paint. cramped bedroom. Good location and great ocean view.

Great view

Very nice condo on the waterfront. The floor to ceiling windows with a Beach view were amazing. The bedrooms were spacious the kitchen was well stocked. The master bath shower is very tiny and the grout is moldy. Could use a little work. The condo is well insulated so it was very quiet.Easy access to the beach and downtown Fernandina. Great place for a getaway
