Place is in great location metro is only a few blocks away and a deli is across the street. The host was great very understanding and helpful. Inside was clean and had everything you needed.if you need a reliable great place to stay i recommend staying here!

Great place, great location very near to the subway and a great deli place. Place was very clean and came with a lot of extra amenities that I wasn’t expecting and a functioning A/C and heating unit in each room. Host was also very nice and understanding with us, he was very responsive and worked with us greatly throughout the trip. Overall amazing stay and would come back / recommend to others!

Check-in was easy as the host contacted us directly with clear instructions. Upon arrival we noticed the property has no real curtains and only the bedrooms had ‘curtains’ that were make-shift from paper towels and tape while we had to use trash bags to cover the front windows that directly could be seen from the street. The host was responsive, up until we asked from WiFi and if the property has heat. In which case, once we asked we did not get a response at all on either item so conclusively, the property has neither. The biggest complaint, however, was the noise level. We think the above units are also short term rentals as in the middle of the night and at the crack of dawn, we’d hear so much noise that even our friend that’s a heavy sleeper would wake up every night. The steps sounded like stomping and the talking would just sound like muffled vibrations but it felt as if the noise was directly in your ear. We wouldn’t mind if it was at midnight or before but since we were out basically the entire day, being disturbed and waking up at 4/5am every night of our stay was so upsetting and to top it off, because of the lack of heat and thin sheets, we were freezing. The host was friendly, but there needs to be clarity on the amenities provided. I even got a call after we checked out already around 4:30pm asking if we were still there and that the host was notified that there was someone in the property (we checked out before check out time).

Nous vous contactons suite à un sérieux dysfonctionnement rencontré lors de notre réservation Abritel à New York (Brookline).L’adresse indiquée sur votre plateforme était erronée. En nous présentant à l’adresse fournie, nous avons découvert qu’il s’agissait en réalité d’une auberge destinée à des familles défavorisées. Le vigile présent à l’entrée nous a clairement indiqué que nous avions été victimes d’une erreur, Cette situation a généré un stress important, d’autant plus après un long voyage.Nous avons immédiatement contacté votre service client via le chat Abritel. Malgré nos messages, aucune réponse concrète ni prise en charge efficace ne nous a été apportée. Le propriétaire du logement, qui n’est en rien responsable de cette situation, a mis près de deux heures à nous répondre pour nous transmettre la bonne adresse.Entre-temps, nous avons dû réserver une nuit d’hôtel à proximité, marcher environ 30 minutes dans le froid avec la fatigue du voyage, et rencontrer des difficultés de paiement à notre arrivée à l’hôtel. Ce n’est qu’à ce moment-là que nous avons reçu le message du propriétaire avec l’adresse correcte.À ce jour, malgré nos signalements répétés, l’adresse erronée est toujours visible sur votre site, ce qui expose d’autres voyageurs au même problème.Nous tenons à préciser que le logement en lui-même était conforme, spacieux, propre, bien équipé et que notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé une fois le problème réglé.

The hedges by the parking spot need to be cut back so there not up against a car. We were only able to get one tv to work and one bedroom is missing a tv. Also there was no balcony as advertised.
