Cozy cabin that was perfect for a weekend stay. Close proximity to the ski resorts nearby and also town. Clean and well equipped. The space worked great for a weekend getaway.

Had to call to get code to enter. Texted about tv never got a reply. Tv reception horrible and not hooked up to WiFi so only had cable and over half the stations so fuzzy couldn’t watch. Cobwebs in corners with spiders. No how to booklet on how to operate tv or heater.

We had a lovely time with lots to do in the area. The cabin was as expected, clean and easy check in process. The propery could use some fresh new pillows and an upgrade on the comforter in the downstairs bedroom. Bring your own board games as we didn't find any in the cabin. Otherwise, all was perfect! There were lots of DVDs to choose from and the couch and rocker are comfy with throw blankets. We enjoyed the swing attached to the deck and the other activities available. Reasonably quiet, although neighbors are close it was not an issue. The pool was a nice perk and not many people using it at all for 4th of July weekend! Also, Black Bear resort offers fishing in the ponds, mini golf, a volley ball net, play ground set,and corn hole. Nice easy access to Davis/Thomas/Canaan/Blackwater Falls. Would stay again! Thanks!
