Rustic Serenity
Four-season, one of a kind serene mountain retreat, about 8 miles north of Boone. Log siding in a rustic style, but new construction, with a wrap around deck overlooking 5 acres of scenic pasture and woods, with a rocky bubbling creek. Beautiful, stained wood floors throughout the house.
Three bedrooms, one with queen, one with double, and one with a double futon. Open kitchen with counter stools is well equipped and great for cooking. It includes gas/convection oven, microwave, food processor, etc. kitchen opens to the living and dining area. Granite island and large dining room table. Comfortable , cozy couch and living area perfect for relaxing! Two full baths, with showers and tubs (master bath has separate tub and shower). Laundry room with wash/dryer and utility sink.
Beautiful 5-acre lot with sloping pasture. Rushing, crystal clear mountain creek runs alongside the property.
Close to ski mountains, hiking trails, white water rafting, outlet shopping, Grandfather Mountain, and Blue Ridge Parkway.
