This beautifully decorated 3 Bedroom 2 Bath, 1 1/2 garage Courtyard Villa is located in The Villages of Collier in Antrim Dells. Superb location just across the street to Brownwood Paddock Square. This is the Charlotte floor plan. The open floor plan features a large and fully equipped spacious Kitchen with beautiful wood cabinetry and Stainless Steel Appliances. Open to the Dining room and Living room area that has a 48" flat screen TV and tastefully appointed furnishings and décor. The Master Suite features a King Size bed and a 28" flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 features a Queen size bed with a 24" flat screen TV and the 3rd Bedroom can be used as a Den or another Bedroom for Guests with the Full size Futon. Rent Includes phone, TV and WIFI. This vacation rental has an indoor laundry with washer and dryer. Golf cart for your pleasure.

***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must check mark the appropriate box on the Vacation Rental Agreement. We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***

Loved the place and I'm already set to go back again in 2024

Nice location with quick access to the golf trail and Brownwood entertainment. Nice sized yard and very clean.

Great location!

We were within walking distance to Brownwood. Very quiet neighborhood and the house was very clean. Neutral decor throughout the home.

Great stay in Antrim Dells!

Great house, very clean and well equipped, including a golf cart in our favorite Villages neighborhood. Communications with the rental team was excellent. We were able to extend our stay without any issues. Would definitely choose this property again.

May 2022 Two Week Stay

This was our fifth stay at The Villages and our favourite home and location! Check-in was easy and as described in the booking process. Home was spotless. Furnishings were of the utmost in quality. The location was perfect for us. We golfed at Evans Prairie regularly and dined at Brownwood Town Square. Both just a short cart ride away. We really hope to be able to rent this home again soon.

Perfect getaway

The house was very nice, tastefully decorated, bed was comfortable and overall a pleasant stay except for the lack of handles/knobs on the kitchen cabinets. I have arthritis in my hands so it was painful every time I had to open a drawer or cupboard by prying it open. I’m sure I’m the minority with this problem, otherwise it was a lovely house.
