The home has its own private dock which is perfect for fishing, boating or swimming. Another beautiful feature outside is the covered dock area perfect for relaxing in the evening or getting out of the hot sun.
The home also features a large screened in porch with stunning views of Lake Murray, it also features a grilling porch with seating for 6 to relax and enjoy a meal while watching the sunset over Lake Murray

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please place all used bed linens and towels in the hall bathtub prior to departure. If any furniture was moved please return it to original spot prior to departure

No smoking in the house No parking on the grass Only flush toilet paper, no feminine products or flushable wipes please.

Place all trash in a bag and place in the outdoor trash can which is located on the porch on the side of the house. Please return the thermostat to 65 heat during winter months and 80 cool is summer
