About this property
Cozy Studio with Nature Access
Welcome to your cozy sanctuary in Charlottesville — a studio designed with intention, beauty, and soul. This peaceful space is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, offering privacy, calm, and easy access to both nature and a 10 minute drive to downtown Charlottesville.
The studio includes a comfortable couch, a desk nook for remote work, your own bathroom, a dining room table, and two spacious closets. The kitchen and laundry are shared, giving you access to amenities while keeping the studio itself quiet and self-contained. Enjoy the privacy of your own studio with a sliding-door entrance. The entrance is separate from the main house, and you’ll reach it by walking around the property.
One of the most unique aspects of this space is that it’s crystal-gridded — intentionally set up with crystals to offer energetic protection, harmony, and clarity. It’s more than just a place to stay; it’s a place to land and reset. Guests often describe the energy of the space as light, safe and grounding.
You’ll also have access to a seasonal pool on the property, and nearby trails that lead to a serene river spot — perfect for cooling off, meditating, or enjoying birdsong. Within walking distance, you’ll also find a volleyball court, tennis and pickleball courts, and even a golf course with views of the Shenandoah Valley.
Although the setting feels like a quiet retreat, you’re just minutes from downtown Charlottesville — close to restaurants, music venues, farmer’s markets, UVA, and some of the region’s best wineries and outdoor experiences.
For safety and peace of mind, the property has two exterior security cameras (front and back entrance). The studio itself is entirely private, quiet, and secure. I’m happy to greet you upon arrival and guide you to the entrance, which opens directly into the studio.
This space is ideal for traveling professionals, creatives, remote workers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and energetically clear place to land. With its peaceful setting and immediate connection to nature, this little studio offers something rare — a calming, beautiful, and sacred space to simply be.
