The house was very nice and well put together, and clean, but the host overall is what we enjoyed the most! The quick response and energy to help when we needed was beyond appreciated. Hands down even meet the mother and she had the sweetest personality I’ve ever met! Will be booking again! Thank you!

Was very dissatisfied with our stay 1. Several large dead bugs in the bathroom and stairwell2. Extremely dirty toilet in the first floor battroom3. Extreme hot temperature in the home upon arrival. The thermostat thermostat was at 88 and the A/C was not on. We had to turn it on and it took hours to cool down 4. Mail left out on the dining room table5. 2 dirty random door mats left on the living room rug6. Multiple large boxes left in the garage that we had to move in order to park our car 7. No trash bags provided

The cleaner was there to clean right before guest arrival and after guest checked out. There were videos taken showing there was no bug issues, the toilet was clean, door mat was by the entrance/garage door, and no extra items in the garage. The house is brand new construction with no AC issues and all previous guests on Vbro and Airbnb rated as 5 star. The guest did not inform me immediately of any stated issues, only reported after to request a refund. I contacted Vbro regarding this issue, and was inform to have guest contact Vbro directly if demand refund.
