The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all towels on the bed so housekeeping can find them. Per house rules, each missing towel will incur a $50 replacement fee. Throw any trash in the bin downstairs by the kitchen.
Please close any open windows before you leave. Kindly return any furniture you may have moved during your stay. If you used the iron or stove, please confirm that you have turned them all off.
Please plan to check out on time: 10 am. You may be charged a late check out fee. Late check out fee is double (2x) the nightly price for the listing. Return all room keys to their keyholes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
STRICTLY no parties allowed. Please keep noise down. No smoking, vaping, hookha or cannabis use is allowed. $300 penalty per day if smoke is detected.
Close windows and doors, and turn lights off when not home. Close windows when it rains. Excessive damage, $800+ penalty depending on cost to replace.
No oil stains ( food/ hair product) on the bed linen. $100 charge No commercial use without prior written approval. $200 violation fee per day or use
