Luxurious 3,000 Square Foot House Downtown

Summary:
Experience Indy in this incredible 3 bedroom family home located in the revitalized Bates Hendricks neighborhood of Downtown Indianapolis. This house is the definition of Luxury with custom designs and furnishings. Relax in this spacious downtown comfort pad. The home is 1.5 miles from Lucas Oil Stadium and the Indiana Convention Center (5 minute drive). The house is 1 mile from Eli Lilly and Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Only 2 miles from Monument Circle. It is a spacious 3,000 square foot home.

The Space:
Walk up the quaint red-brick path into the front entrance of the home and be greeted by the bright and modern kitchen and dining area which is perfect for guests to prepare a bite and hangout. Just off of the kitchen area is the main living room where guests can listen to music through the Bluetooth stereo system or watch their favorite movie on the 50 inch smart TV.

The master suite is located on the main level which boasts a comfortable queen bed, smart TV, large walk-in shower and spacious closet. Towards the back of the house guests are welcome to use the washer and dryer located in the dedicated laundry room as well as the adjacent powder bathroom.

Heading upstairs, guests will find themselves in a bedroom nook with a bright and modern open design, this room has limited privacy. This space includes a twin bed and a comfortable chaise lounge. The upper floor also has two large bedrooms, one bedroom features a queen bed and smart TV, the other has two queen beds. Both bedrooms have dedicated closets for all of your storage/hanging needs and share a large, modern full family bathroom. There is also a twin XL in the upstairs common area.

The outdoor space between the house and the garage is also available for guests to enjoy.

Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Access is via a smart keypad lock and guests can park on the street out front (it's a quiet street so there's usually ample parking)

The House is located in Bates Hendricks neighborhood, west of fountain square and just south of Downtown.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that the garage is temporarily unavailable for guest use. There should be sufficient street parking in front of the house as parking is permitted on both sides of the street.

Thermostat – The owner has full control of the thermostat. Just let us know what temperature you would like. The Max heat and cool is 70. We do have a window AC unit upstairs during warmer months.
