Thanks for a good visit. House is safe and location is good. Owner provided coffee, water and lots of supplies in the house to make the stay easier. Towels, kitchen gadgets, even the fridge all seemed brand new. Nothing fancy but it was all we needed and we appreciate the good communication. New driveway, new grass, owner is obviously working to improve the property as well. Much appreciated

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the little perks such as plenty of paper towels, soap, shampoo, bottled water, spaciousness, guest Netflix account, etc. We do feel that the listing is described inaccurately. For example, two of the bedrooms are in a partially finished basement which is not safe for children under 10. There also is a lot of construction being done on the property and this is not noted in the discription. When you sit on the tiny porch you overlook a storage/shipping container, dumpster, dump trucks, excavators and equipment. Most of the grass has been seeded and although the listing says pet friendly, there is only a little area to walk a dog or for anyone to walk on the lawn because the landscaping is incomplete. Additionally all dishes, serving items and glasses are plastic. Sheets and towels were additionally on the plastic side making sleeping on them very uncomfortable.A more accurate discription of the accommodations should be updated and in our opinion this home should come down to aprice that accommodates the inconveniences of living in a home under construction. This home has potential; it’s just not there yet.
