Second bedroom offers 2 queen beds and un-suite with walk in shower. No bathtubs. Fully stocked kitchen with large breakfast bar, separate dining area with a view and a spacious den with a fireplace. I was born in New Mexico and Ricky was born in Austin. Ricky's family was one of the first settlers in the Spicewood, Texas area in the late 1800's and we work and live in Spicewood. We have owned our own real estate company for more than 26 years and we enjoy spending time with family and traveling.
