This apartment is great, and met all our needs and expectations. The owners were so nice and checked in with us often. Located in town 2 miles from the Ark. Such a cute town with an ice cream shop right across the street. There is a kids splash pad close by for the kids to cool down. Great experience and great value.

Great little apartment

Loved the place. Great obviously for the Arch but only a short distance into Cincinnati. One day we drove into Cincinnati and went to Findlay Market and toured Boone Country Distillery on the way back.

Property Very Clean, Great Location

The property is located in a downtown area that is experiencing revitalization. There are some really neat shops and good places to eat. What we appreciated the most about the property was the locale and its cleanliness. I gave the property a four star rating because the beds were uncomfortably soft and the curtains did not block the light from the street lights just outside.

Enjoyed our stay and close to the Ark so it was nice but did have a bit of trouble with the keypad lock but overall it was quiet and quaint and loved it!

This place was awesome. Hamburger restaurant and ice cream shop 50 ft away. 3 mins from the ark. I definitely recommend this location for anyone.

Fabulous place!

This place was a super comfortable place in a great location! The beds were so comfortable! Everything about the place was nice! It’s 1.2 miles from the Ark. There is a delicious burger place across the street and a couple of nice antique stores nearby. Highly recommended!

Charming, cozy and clean!

We were traveling with our four oldest grandkids to visit the Ark and Creation Museum and this apartment was perfect for us! Right downtown near restaurants and stores. Cozy and comfortable and plenty of sleeping options for kids. The owners were more than helpful and we would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting in the Williamstown area!!

We chose this place as it was convenient to The Ark Encounter and The Creation.Lots of space and you can make your own food.Bed was a little soft but we are used to a harder bed at home. (Home is always better). We enjoyed our stay. It was a great place for us.

Everything was easy and great, the communication with property manager , the accessibility. It had a small town vibe , very homey. My parents were surprised and very satisfied with all. Would definitely recommend to others .

Nice little apartment in a nice location!

It was just what we wanted and needed for my sister and I and 4 kids! We went to Williamstown to go to the ark encounter and then the creation museum! It’s conveniently located too so many things! There’s a nice splash pad and park within a couple miles away that the kids had fun at! Faye was very nice and helpful! Apartment has everything needed for a home away from home! The kids LOVED the shower!

Charming and quaint apartment

Property was clean and had everything needed for light food preparation. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning and ceiling fans kept this 2nd floor apartment plenty cool. Faye was very communicative, making sure we had what we needed to be comfortable. Location is perfect to get to The Ark Encounter. We also spent a day in Lexington seeing the sights. We loved the quaint and homey apartment.

Great trip

We came to see the Ark on our anniversary (37 years) and didn't want to do the Hotel thing. This property was nice although loud sometimes during the night due to its location down town. We're not used to lights, Trucks, Motorcycles, and Trains while sleeping. It wasn't a huge thing but we're country folks and not used to it.

Very nice apartment

This apartment was very comfortable with a lovely view of main street. It was well stocked with toiletries and kitchen ware. I loved that there was a full size refrigerator in the kitchen. There was no stove, but the microwave and electric skillet took care of everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, as well as the pillows. And we really enjoyed the loveseat recliners and the other recliner. Very homey. This apartment is on a second floor with a steep set of stairs as soon as you walk in the building. So if you have issues with stairs, just know that. Everything was newly painted when we came, too (May 2023). So while it was lovely and new, my daughter with breathing problems had a hard time staying here. Overall, we would recommend this apartment if you are staying in Williamsburg. It was super close to the Ark, which was incredibly convenient! And it was only a few miles more to the nearest town for eating out when we weren't eating at the apartment.

5 stars, but…..

I am giving the place 5 stars because it fulfilled all that we needed for our families stay. Its location is super convenient to the Ark Encounter as well as the Creation Museum, Cincinnati, and other destinations of interest. I say 5 stars but….., due to the room not being as clean as it should be. I am an exterminator so I inspect every room that my family and I stay in on a trip before bringing any of our luggage inside. While doing so at this room it was bed bug free :) but I noticed a lot of food crumbs/debris and hair in the bed rails and on floor underneath the bedside tables and in corners of rooms. The room and stairwell also have a very noticeable odor. It’s a little off putting to see air fresheners all over the stairs leading to and shelves and dining table in the room. I understand that it’s obviously a very old building, but I’d recommend truly addressing the cause, not just cover up the smell. It didn’t make us want to stay somewhere else, just annoying. Otherwise the room was good, location good, and also we asked for an iron & ironing board and it was provided hassle free and the communication was easy and prompt with the rental company contact person.

Good for the ark.

When we got to this apartment, it was VERY hot. The air was off and never got very cool, especially in the bedroom. The stairs are hard if you aren’t young, and in good shape. Nice place to stay for a night or two. The view is nice out of the windows. Not much to do around the town other than the ark. Make sure to check out the boutiques across the street.

Small Town Chic

This newly remodeled apartment was just perfect for our family. It is minutes away from the Ark Encounter. The owner was beyond accommodating for us. Great communication and a very comfortable place to stay. I would highly recommend a stay here.
