Just as an aside, there is remodeling on the other wing of the building to meet the new safety rules on condominiums from the State of Florida from now until the middle of May. Our beachfront unit and stacks are complete with no construction but they are working on the other side of the building facing the road during the week for completion by May 15. There can be noise during the day and safety barriers during business hours elsewhere on the property and around the front entrance. It does not affect the beach and is sporadic. The inside pool is scheduled for new windows in February and that pool(s) may be closed for a period. Some days there will be no noise but some days they may be noises after 8 AM until 5PM during the week and possibly weekend if they have a job that needs completion.
