107-A Flamingo Getaway
Brand new 2 bedroom 1.5 bath fully furnished unit with full kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove & oven. Also has washer & dryer. Both bedrooms have queen bed. Situated in a nice, quiet, cozy neighborhood with access to a pond with gazebo. Also, have access to the St. Johns river with private boat ramp. Not far from the Ocala National forest, and a short drive to the St. Augustine beaches! One pet allowed in home with owner permission and $75 pet fee for the stay. An additional pet may be allowed but must be approved by owner and an additional fee will be charged. Please inquire first.
