The property was perfect for the needs of our two adult couples. Everything was clean and in working order. The kitchen was well supplied and the beds were comfortable. The patio was nice and was isolated from the neighbors. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very nice unit but the key pad had issues and it’s too dark at night trying to get in.

It is a solid building. We stayed during Christmas. There was a horrible storm, the kids were so frightened with the sounds at night. When we looked in the morning, it was just the trash cans. They thought the little house was going to blow down, there was no damage at all. The rooms were as shown in the photos. The kitchen worked for baking pies and sides for the family meal. The bed was much softer than mine. I wish we had made it to the panadaria (bakery) in the shopping area, it looked good.

Perfect home base for our time in Thousand Oaks. It was a bit tricky to find with our middle of the night arrival, but Jesus sent photos and maps with specific instructions which eased the process. Clean, well kept and awesome AC!
