Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used towels in tub or shower stall. Leave used beds unmade. Load dishes and start up washer when you leave.
Bag and close up all trash, and set by back door on lower level.
Turn off all lights except for front porch and make sure all doors are locked when you leave. Press the lock button on the lock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
