First, I want to thank you for staying with us and take good care of the place. I also want to thank you for the review. However, I can not letting false review affect our integrity and honesty. First, in the amenities section we do not list the coffee machine. You cannot criticize something when it is not there in the first place. However, we went beyond and nicely offer you the coffee machine the next day but you denied it. Second, there is broom stick, dust pan provided, and the charger for the small vacuum is placed right next to it. Now if you want a "specific Swiffer" or a "specific vacuum" you could have reached out to us and ask if we have one, we can welcomely offer you that but you did not reach out to us about that concern. Third, the thermostat is programed and keep the temp between 69-72 all the time. There is absolutely 0 chance it drop to 50's . This is blatantly lying. And the fact that we rightaway set the temperature per your request to 74 during your stay but you did not mention it in the review. And last but not least our home has no pet policy but your daughter had brought one dog into our house and we did not say anything or charge you an extra fee even though we could if we wanted to.
